Ciara Remerscheid is Director, Shortlist Futures where she leads Shortlist's impact and partnerships. Ciara has 8+ years experience in international development having worked for and with investors, NGOs, philanthropies, and think tanks, with a specific focus on climate, energy and gender. Ciara has managed several multi-million- and billion-dollar public private partnerships across India and Africa addressing human capital and development constraints for companies, while expanding employment and livelihood opportunities for job seekers. Ciara has previously held positions with The Rockefeller Foundation, Overseas Development Institute, CARE, and 60 Decibels. Ciara received her B.A. in Political Science and Italian Studies with honors from New York University, her Masters in Global Politics from the London School of Economics, and her Masters of Law in Human Rights from SOAS.
